Good morning Ottawa ! We need your help. The Ontario Provincial Police need information on a hit-and-run accident in Arnprior. More specifically, the Renfrew Police need our help. Last Saturday afternoon in Arnprior, a white, mid-sized car was driving and hit a woman and her dog . The woman suffered personal injuries and lost her dog in the accident. If you witnessed this accident or know of any information, please contact the Renfrew detachment of the OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Ottawa Injury Lawyer David Hollingsworth.. A terrible accident on Highway 17, north of Renfrew has left one woman dead and others with injuries. Highway 17 was closed between Haley Station and Cobden, from Cheneaux Road to Forresters Falls Road. The deadly accident involved 3 vehicles on Highway 17 yesterday morning. The Ottawa accident occurred when a dump truck was travelling west on the highway and hit the back of a transport truck, which spun into the eastbound lane, and tragically crashed head-on into a car around 7:30 a.m, killing the female driver. The cause of the accident is unknown and investigators are trying to determine why the dump truck was unable to stop. Renfrew Hit and Run Accident results in tragic death Curtis Brown
Ontario Injury Lawyer David Hollingsworth..Ontario Provincial Police responded to a call that resulted in a Renfrew man dying in Hastings Highlands early Sunday morning. Tragically, Curtis Brown, from Renfrew, Ontario died at the Renfrew accident scene of the hit and run accident. Ontario Police arrested Tyler Garey who had fled the accident scene after he drove his vehicle into a ditch along Byers Road. He was charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident. There is an ongoing investigation. If you have any information that could help , please contact the OPP. Ottawa personal injury lawyer David Hollingsworth..Regrettably, a 21-year-old man has died after an Ottawa accident ,west of Ottawa on Saturday. Renfrew County OPP responded to the Ottawa area accident around 12:35 p.m., on Highland Road near Waba, just 80 km west of downtown Ottawa. Tragically, 21-year-old Erik Nugent was driving northbound when unfortunately failed to get around a sharp turn. Erik Nugent was ejected from the car and sadly, he pronounced dead at the accident scene. My thoughts go out to the friends and family of Erik Nugent.

Renfrew Accident: Car Hits Transport Truck Carrying House, Personal Injuries for 4 people
Ontario Injury Lawyer, Ontario Accident Lawyer David Hollingsworth, Paramedics had to airlift Carole Lemieux to an Ottawa hospital after a Renfrew accident yesterday Monday morning that left 4 people with serious personal injuries. Ontario Provincial Police reported that the Renfrew accident happened at the Phil Shrive Bridge, west of Highway 60 . A car slammed into a transport truck carrying a house. The vehicle struck the corner of the house, then was struck by a second car following it.The cause of the collision was under investigation. I hope to soon be able to report some better news about the 4 injured victims…

The Ontario Provincial Police say the 2 vehicle Cobden accident has closed Highway 17, about 5 kmwest of Cobden in the Township of Whitewater Region. There is no news yet as to what personal injuiries were suffered by the accident victims.

Hastings Highlands Ontario car accident results in serious personal injuries Francine Gelinas and death of Aldoraise Piche.
Ottawa Area Accident : Police have released the identity of the driver who died Thursday afternoon as a result of a highway accident near the municipality of Hastings Highlands, Ontario. Sadly, Aldoraise Piche died after she lost control of her Ford pickup on Highway 62. The truck rolled several times and thankfully no other vehicles were involved in the accident. Piche’s female passenger, Francine Gélinas, 63, suffered serious personal injuries in the accident and had to be airlifted to an Ottawa hospital. Both women are from l’Île-du-Grand-Calumet, in Quebec’s Outaouais region. The incident occurred on a stretch of provincial highway about 175 kilometres west of Ottawa, near the southern boundary of Algonquin. My thoughts go out to the Piche family and I also hope that Francine Gelinas personal injuries are not as serious as initially reported and she is able to fully recover from them. I wish her a full and speedy recovery.
