10 months ago I caught fire at work. My employer never supplyed me with any safty gear as he was suposed to. I sufferd from severe 2nd degree and 1st degree burnes that surounded minor 3rd degree burns. It Coverd about 70% of my back upper left arm, neck and burnt hair off the back of my head. It was the most painful thing I have ever exsperienced. Even now the skin wont alow me to lift my arm compleatly and there is alot of scarring. Should I sue? Or do I not have a strong case?

That’s very unfortunate for the boy. I wish him a swift recovery and hope the best for him. With people not knowing how to drive properly, I’m never at the edge of any curb. I always press the button then wait for the light to change a few steps back from the curb for those people trying to make the right turn before the light changes.

Absolutely something needs to be done — my best friend’s mother was in the 2nd story and for there to be 2 accidents so close together says enough – please check it and do something so this doesn’t happen to anyone else…

This would have been Involunary Manslaughter or Vehicular Homicide here, but still her sentencing came no where near the charges she was charged with, she should not have been sentensed any less than 25 years. This apauling. I can not begin to understand how this young man’s family and friends feel.

I was a friend of ALexs. I used to see him evry summer i wasd devistated when i found it he had been hit by a drunnk driveer and on the news a couple days ago i found out that his parents Penny and Mark arer still trying to go to court for it. I think that they should press charges thx
