Ottawa Car Accident Lawyers, Ottawa Law Firms…Regrettably, a 48-year old Ottawa man was killed September 2, when the vehicle he was driving crashed with a cube van on Merivale Road, south of Slack Road. After colliding with the truck head-on, the man was trapped inside the vehicle and firefighters had to remove the van’s door in order to reach the accident victim. The cube van’s driver suffered serious injury to his chest and was treated at the scene. Following the Ottawa accident, police temporarily closed Merivale Road between Pineglen Crescent and Fallowfield Road.
