Ottawa rescue crews were able to free a 27 year old woman, and 2 children : a 3 year old and an 18 month old. The driver is being treated for a severe shoulder injury and abdominal pain. Thankfully, the toddlers were unharmed, but brought to hospital for precautionary measures.
