Ottawa Accident Lawyer David Hollingsworth and Associates…An Ottawa accident has left a 47 year old woman in serious but stable condition following an accident on a highway 416 off ramp to the eastbound 417. The vehicle rolled over several times, hitting a cement post. The driver was travelling alone and was treated for severe injuries to her chest and neck. I wish her a full and hopefully speedy recovery.

Ottawa Accident Lawyers… An Ottawa accident yesterday morning on Bank Street has left 3 people with personal injuries. 2 of the accident victims were pregnant. The Ottawa accident occurred close to 11 am on Bank Street between Blais and Rideau road. One vehicle was carrying 2 women in their 20s and both suffered serious personal injury. One woman was treated for a possible broken pelvis and was rushed to an Ottawa hospital.
One car contained two women in their 20s. The passenger in that car was the most seriously injured. The woman, who was two months pregnant, was trapped in the vehicle and had to be freed by firefighters. Paramedics treated her for a possible broken pelvis, then took her to hospital where she was listed in stable condition. The driver of the car was 8 months pregnant and was also rushed to hospital for treatment. It was reported that she is in stable condition. The driver of the other vehicle was an 80-year-old woman. She suffered severe chest injuries and remains in stable condition in an Ottawa hospital. The cause of the accident is unknown and Ottawa police are investigating. Ottawa Lawyer David Hollingsworth, Personal Injury Ottawa: Two people are in serious but thankfully stable condition after an Ottawa accident involving their car and a tree on Collonade Road, last Saturday. A 29-year old female passenger suffered serious personal injuries, including multiple fractures. The 34-year old male driver also suffered serious personal injury, including severe chest injuries. Both accident victims were rushed to the Ottawa Hospital Trauma Centre, a centre for treatment…I wish them both a full and speedy recovery.

Ottawa Personal Injury Lawyer David Hollingsworth…Ottawa police need our help with a fatal accident in Ottawa’s east end this morning. An 83-year-old man was crossing Ogilvie Rd. near Cadboro. He was hit by a vehicle heading eastbound on Ogilvie Rd., between Blair Rd. and the Aviation Parkway. Ottawa Paramedics were able to treat and transport the accident victim, who suffered serious personal injuries, to an Ottawa hospital where sadly, he died. My thoughts go out to his friends and family…

Ottawa Ontario Personal Injury Lawyer…www.ottawainjury.ca It’s that time of year again when we will start seeing more and more motorcycles on our Ontario roads. Motorcycle drivers are much less protected on their vehicles and therefore need to take all safety steps possible to prevent accidents and personal injury. As well, all drivers need to be aware that we share our Ontario roads with motorcycles, bicycles and other vehicles.
Thankfully Transport Canada has reported that the rate of deaths related to motor vehicle is slowly declining; however, the rate of motorcycle fatalities is on the rise. There are many possible reasons why this may be so. There may be more motorcycles on the roads. Motorcycle riders between the ages of 45 to 54 are the most common ages amongst motorcycle drivers.
Ontario motorcycle helmet use has improved. Unfortunately3.1 % of motorcycle riders still drive their motorcycles without one. Head injuries are still the leading cause of deaths involving motorcycle accidents and motorcycle drivers without a helmet are 40% more likely to suffer a fatal head injury, and also 15% more likely to suffer serious personal injuries. A study that was previously done indicated that helmets saved 1,800 lives of motorcycle riders involved in accidents in 2007.

Ottawa Injury Lawyer..Ottawa Police were called to an Ottawa accident scene yesterday, when a 29-year-old male was hit by a vehicle and dragged in the ByWard Market around 3 a.m. Saturday. The man had been in the Ottawa area of George and Dalhousie streets when the accident occurred happened. He suffered a severe head injury and was unconscious when the Ottawa paramedics arrived. Thankfully, the man regained consciousness and was taken to The Ottawa Hospital’s Civic campus trauma unit.

Sadly, a 28-year-old Ottawa man has died after a terrible Ottawa accident involving a road sign early this morning. Ottawa emergency services needed to the fatal Ottawa accident at Robertson and Westcliffe roads at 1:22 a.m. in the Bells Corners. The deceased Ottawa man was trapped in his car with multiple life-threatening personal injuries. Ottawa firefighters were able to remove him from his car and performed CPR but sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Regrettably, a 33-year-old Ottawa woman is in an Ottawa hospital with a traumatic head injury after she was in an Ottawa accident and hit by an SUV in downtown Ottawa yesterday morning. Ottawa paramedics sreported that the Ottawa woman was crossing the street at O’Connor and Gloucester Street at the time of the Ottawa accident. When Ottawa emergency help arrived at the Ottawa accident scene the woman was conscious. She remains in serious condition with traumatic head injuries and a concussion. My thoughts are with this woman and I hope she can recover fully from this terrible accident.
