Ottawa Injury Lawyer David Hollingsworth…A 45-year-old man is in an Ottawa hospital . He was involved in an accident when his motorcycle collided with a car in Nepean yesterday afternoon close to West Hunt Club Road near Merivale. The motorcycle driver suffered serious injuries, including a serious leg fracture and cuts to his face. He remains in an Ottawa hospital in serious but thankfully, stable condition. Ottawa Personal Injury Lawyer David Hollingsworth…Sadly, a young Ottawa woman is in an Ottawa hospital following a terrible Ottawa motorcycle accident when she fell off a motorcycle on Highway 417 (Queensway) shortly before midnight Monday. The Ottawa motorcycle accident occurred between the exits at Bronson and Parkdale. The 21-year-old woman was treated for severe skin abrasions and a possible spinal injury. I hope to soon be able to report better news. My thoughts are with her, her family and her friends at this difficult time.

Ontario Motorcycle Accident Lawyer David Hollingsworth..Regrettably, a 55-year-old Chelmsford, Ontario man died last week after he lost control of his motorcycle, west of Rolphton. The Upper Ottawa Valley detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were at the scene of the motorcycle accident on Highway 17, near Colton Creek Road, last Thursday, August 4. Yvon Briere was travelling east when he appeared to lose control of his motorcycle after overtaking a motor vehicle. Yvon Briere was transported to the Deep River & District Hospital where he sadly, succumbed to his personal injuries. My thoughts go out to the friends and family of Yvon….

3rd Ottawa area ATV accident in a week results in death, Ottawa lawyer David Hollingsworth

Ottawa ATV Accident, Ottawa Motorcycle Accident, Lawyer David Hollingsworth ..Regrettably another Ottawa ATV accident has occurred. An 18-year-old man Justin Makivirta in an Ottawa area ATV accident yesterday morning, northeast of Gatineau. This makes it the 3rd ATV Ottawa accident death in a week. Apparently Justin Makivirta’s ATV flipped his ATV and was stuck underneath his ATV when he was found. Although Justin had been on a trail near his house and was wearing at helmet, he did not survive the ATV accident. After the Ottawa area ATV accident, he was transported to a nearby Ottawa area hospital where sadly, he was pronounced dead. My thoughts go out to his friends and family.
Other Ottawa Area ATV Accidents…Sadly, on July 3, John McPhail, aged 50, of Ottawa was killed in an Luskville ATV accident at a drag racing course in Luskville.
Regrettably, on July 1, a 36-year-old woman also died in an ATV accident in Val-des-Monts, and her passenger suffered serious personal injuries.
