Ontario motorcycle helmet use has improved. Unfortunately3.1 % of motorcycle riders still drive their motorcycles without one. Head injuries are still the leading cause of deaths involving motorcycle accidents and motorcycle drivers without a helmet are 40% more likely to suffer a fatal head injury, and also 15% more likely to suffer serious personal injuries.
