4 Ottawa  people suffered personal injury yesterday when an OC Transpo bus was rear-ended by a cement truck. The Ottawa accident occured at around 11:25 a.m. at the intersection St. Laurent Boulevard and Donald Street. At least 6 people were on the bus when the truck, full of cement, hit the bus. One passenger was treated for a fractured wrist (orthopedic injury), and the three others were treated for neck injury and back injuries. They were taken to hospital in stable condition.  Two other passengers were assessed by paramedics, but they were not treated for personal injury.  The drivers of the bus and cement truck also did not suffer personal injury.  The  personal injuries could have been worse considering the considerable damage to the back of the Ottawa bus.
