Four people suffered personal injury and some of  them are serious injuries, in an Ottawa car accident at the intersection of Mitch Owens Drive and Ramsayville Road early yesterday afternoon. A young  17-year-old boy was driving and sadly suffered very serious personal injuries. He suffered serious head and face injuries, and was listed in serious but stable condition in an Ottawa hospital. All 3 occupants of the other car were also taken to hospital. The driver, a woman believed to be in her forties, suffered pelvic injuries. A 17-year-old girl in that car had hip injuries, and a 12-year-old boy had neck injuries. All three were stabilized, but their condition wasn’t immediately known. The accident happened about 1:30 p.m. Ottawa Police are investigating.
