North Gower Accident results in serious injuries: head injury and leg injury
Ottawa Accident Lawyer David Hollingsworth. One man has suffered serious personal injuries this afternoon when two pickup trucks were involved in an North Gower accident at Rogers Stevens Drive and Malakoff Road. As a result of the accident in North Gower, a man was airlifted to hospital with serious personal injuries: head lacerations and leg injuries; however it was reported that his personal injuries were not life threatening. The driver of the smaller truck was trapped inside the vehicle with his legs caught under the dash when Ottawa firefighters arrived. The other driver was outside the vehicle, and appeared to be uninjured. Thankfully, two off-duty paramedics were already treating both drivers. It took 6 fire trucks and 20 firefighters to free the man from his vehicle. I wish this man a full, speedy and healthy recovery and hope that his injuries are not life-altering.
