Ottawa injury lawyers happy to share that Ottawa’s Operation Red Nose starts next weekend.

Injury Lawyers Ottawa Ontario, David Hollingsworth

Well, some have started to celebrate the holidays already.  For the next few weekends , many will be out and celebrating with festive cheer.  In 2010, there were approximately  2,550 people who died in motor vehicle crashes in Canada and approximately 63,821 of these individuals were injured in an impairment-related crash.  (MADD Canada) . I wanted to remind everyone of the many services available in the Ottawa area.  Operation Red Nose(613) 820-6673  starts up next weekend.  Volunteer drivers will be available to drive you and your car home safely . Not only does everyone get home safe, donations go to the Boys and Girls Club.  Sounds great to me.  There are also other organisations such as Responsible Choice (613) 248-0444 who offer the same services ; however they will have a set fee and don’t operate on the donation system. You can also plan ahead and leave your car at home and call on the many taxi organisations in Ottawa such as Blue Line (613) 238-1111, West-Way (613) 727-0101 , Capital Taxi (613) 744-3333 and DJs (613) 829-9900.

You can also always designate a driver, walk or take the bus.  Whatever way you plan to travel to and from this holiday season, please remember that you cannot drink and drive.  Your life and the lives of others are absolutely in jeopardy.  I hope you all have a very safe and happy holiday season.  Drive and arrive safely to your destinations.

“ Thanks again! Your support is greatly appreciated. I went back on your website and it's true that your firm does understand, care and are there to help. Thanks, I really mean it.”
